Coronavirus – A Message to Our Customers

Coronavirus (COVID-19) is spreading rapidly and has become a global crisis. Many businesses have shut down amid the panic of the coronavirus pandemic. Many people have been working from home and self-isolating to reduce the chances of getting the virus or spreading it.

We have of course been monitoring the situation and have been making sure that we continue to meet the needs of our consumers whilst considering the health and safety of our employees.

Previous to the pandemic, half of our employees worked from home. This is now 100%. Two senior members of the team live very close to the datacentre which will continue to stay open 24/7.

We have made sure that our consumer’s businesses are supported during this tough time and that you will continue receiving top quality service from our expert team who are now working from home.

As the situation unfolds, we want our customers to know we will be continuing to support them and that NetNerd is going to remain open. We are here for you in these uncertain times, all services will remain operational.
